I've changed the rules slightly to make things more simple. Add your linky to the blog each time you refer someone here. Please put the name of the person you referred in the linky box (see example in original post) and if that person becomes a follower, you will be eligible to win the candy! Once I verify that you were the referrer of the new follower, you will both win some awesome candy!
You can add a linky with the name of each person you refer here (so if you refer 3 people, add your linky 3 times with the name of the person you referred). Hopefully this helps to simplify things a little.
